How are your services priced?
All services are offered at a flat project fee so you know your full investment upfront with no hourly surprises. As a general guide, residential furnishing projects start at $5,000 in design fees, new build and renovation selections typically begin at $8,000, and whole-home furnishing projects start at $15,000. Commercial projects are scoped individually. These are starting points — larger and more complex projects are priced accordingly. Do you work with clients in person or virtually?
We work with clients both in person in the Metro Detroit area and virtually with select clients nationwide. The right approach depends on the scope and nature of your project, and we'll discuss what makes the most sense during your discovery call.
